Thank Google

I was baking some Amish friendship bread last night. I started baking around 11 PM and midway through I realized I didn’t have any baking powder. There was no way I was going out that late so I opened up trusty old google and guess what there are substitutes for baking powder that work perfectly. I used two parts cream of tartar to one part baking soda and the bread came out delicious, a little too delicious if you know what I mean! What did people do prior to the Internet?
